There are two ways of submitting your CEEPUS Teacher Mobility application:
- Within a CEEPUS network
If your home institution is part of a CEEPUS network that has a relevant scientific topic for you, you can submit your application within that network, to the available Hungarian partner institutions. The call for applications will be published by your home institution and the local network coordinator carries out the selection. You can learn about available CEEPUS Networks at Pázmány here.
- As Freemover
If your home institution is not part of a CEEPUS network that has a relevant scientific topic for you, you can choose to submit a Freemover application. Any of the accredited Hungarian higher education institutions can be chosen as host institution. ou can also submit a Freemover application to Pázmány. More information about Freemover mobility available here.

Teaching mobility - Teacher (T)
- Duration: technically 1 month, the minimum stay is 5 working days (during which at least 6 teaching hours and/or consultations are mandatory), maximum 10 months.
- Working language: English
- The online application must indicate the educational plan (title of the lectures, seminars to be held, number of hours, content, credit value, possibly date, target group), in case of missing education plan, the application will be invalid.
- The motivation section must indicate what added value it represents for the host institution? Have you agreed with the host department or coordinator on the number of planned hours and their topic?
- If the lecturer plans the mobility outside the academic period, the motivation must detail how the teaching/consulting activity will be implemented.
- In the event that a teacher submits an application more than 6 times within an academic year, the National Office may reject the mobility applications, both outgoing and incoming, even if the application is valid.
- Important! If the teacher does not meet the required minimum stay period and/or the required number of teaching hours, the grant must be paid back.
Submitting the application
The application must always be submitted in English via the central online application interface (www.ceepus.info).

In the case of freemover mobility, the sending institution does not issue a specific call for applications, the application must be submitted directly on the central online application system (www.ceepus.info) in English.
